I want to thank the whole staff at Air Comfort, for their exceptional service. From my first call inquiring about a new furnace and air conditioner. Kelly was very prompt and helpful explaining the new system and all rebates. He took the time to answer any and all questions.On the day of install the crew of Matt, Craig Kelly, and two others arrived on time and ready to work. They explained the work plan, and got right to work. Craig even took the time to dig up my sedum plants before taking out old air conditioner.
When they were done Craig took me on a tour of new equipment explaining how everything worked, from where the new filter went and how important the correct size is. He also showed me the new thermostat with all the bells and whistles.
Colleen, followed up with a call a few days later to check up on the install. I also got a call from Kelly making sure I was satisfied with my new equipment. Air Comfort treats you like family! Call them for all your HVAC needs!
