Leading the Air Comfort team is Kelly Shoudy.
Kelly started his career as a business owner in 1992 when he opened Affordable Appliance in Czech Village. Looking to expand his knowledge, he started as an apprentice with Parker Heating and Cooling in 1993 and in 1996 he obtained his Master Mechanical License.
In 1998 he opened Air Comfort at a shop with a scenic view of the Cedar River. With the flood of 2008 impacting both his businesses and his home, Kelly decided he could only focus on rebuilding one of the two businesses. So with everything hosed off and clean, he moved Air Comfort to its current location on 12th St SW, which is well above the flood plain.
Each part of the journey has added to his “tool belt” of knowledge. His overall commitment to the long term view of business relationships and service to his customers remains the focal point of why he’s in business.
